Organic and microbial fertilizers have potential advantages over inorganic in improving soil fertility crop yield without harmful side-effects. However, the effects of these bio-organic on microbiome metabolome remain largely unknown, especially context bamboo cultivation. In this study, we cultivated Dendrocalamus farinosus (D. farinosus) plants under five different fertilization conditions: organic fertilizer (OF), Bacillus amyloliquefaciens bio-fertilizer (Ba), mucilaginosus Krassilnikov (BmK), plus (OFBa), (OFBmK). We conducted 16S rRNA sequencing liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC-MS) to evaluate bacterial composition metabolic activity treatment groups. The results demonstrate that all conditions altered community composition. Moreover, combination (i.e., OFBa OFBmK groups) significantly affected relative abundance species; largest number dominant communities were found group, which strongly correlated with each other. Additionally, non-targeted metabolomics revealed levels lipids lipid-like molecules, acids their derivatives, greatly conditions. galactitol, guanine, deoxycytidine also markedly decreased constructed a regulatory network delineated relationships between phenotype, enzymatic activity, differential metabolites, microbial. promoted growth by modifying metabolome. Accordingly, concluded use fertilizers, or regulated processes. As microplastics became the focus of global attention, hazards plastic plasticizers (PAEs) have gradually attracted people's attention. Agricultural soil is one its hardest hit areas. However, current research impact on ecology only stops at microorganism itself, and there still lack conclusion metabolism.
