Background: The spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) throughout the world leads to a series modifications several National Health Service organizations, with potential psychological consequences among nurses. Methods: This study was undertaken assess stress, anxiety factors, and coping mechanisms critical care unit nurses during COVID-19 outbreak. A cross-sectional research design employed, convenience sample consisted 469 working at hospitals in Saudi Arabia period from July September 2020. used Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Coping Mechanism, Nursing Stress scale. Results: Interestingly, more than one-third one-quarter studied had severe moderate levels, respectively. In addition, most anxiety-causing factors included providing for their infected colleagues worrying about infecting families. More slightly less half high stress Furthermore, participants low mechanisms. there strong positive correlation between negative levels. Conclusions: Collectively, this explored outbreak Arabia. Objective: To characterize the evolution of healthcare workers' mental health status over 1-year period following initial COVID-19 pandemic outbreak and to examine baseline characteristics associated with resolution or persistence problems time. Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı hemşirelerin ruh sağlığını geliştirme düzeyleri ve ilişkili faktörlerin incelenmesidir. Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı tipte olan bu araştırma bir vakıf üniversitesi hastanesinde çalışan 223 hemşire üzerinde gerçekleştirildi. Araştırma verileri “Hemşire Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu” “Ruh Sağlığını Geliştirme Ölçeği” kullanılarak toplandı. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamında SPSS 22.0 istatistik programı aracılığıyla değerlendirildi. Verilerin analizinde frekans, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, bağımsız gruplar t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (Anova) post hoc (Tukey, LSD) analizleri kullanıldı. Bulgular: Hemşirelerin nden 187.9±25.7puan aldığı geliştirmek için girişimlerde bulunanların (x=190.9±25.3), hiçbir şey yapmayanlara (x=180.8±25.3) göre, ölçeği puanı anlamlı düzeyde yüksek bulunmuştur (t=2.760; p=0.006
