The excessive inlet of contaminants into water is affecting its quality adversely which not recommended for health. Therefore, investigating economical, scalable, efficient, and faster approaches treatment crucual. In this direction, nanostructures (NSs) due to easy fabrication tailored properties are emerging technology management via detecting, monitoring, removing the targeted contaminants. Among several NSs, metal oxides (MO)-NSs have performed desired sensing remediation Considering state-of-the-art, review a first-time attempt explore design development available smart MO-NSs investigated management. This comprehensive article presents careful critical discussion decade (2011 2022) advancements based on (via electrochemical optical signalling), eradication adsorption, photocatalytic degradation, ultrasound-assisted-catalytic degradation/adsorption, ultrafiltration), simultaneous detection pollutants, disinfection. Moreover, challenges associated with focused state-of-the-art management, alternative approaches, possible future aspects critically delineated. Finally, project MO-NSs-based futuristic approach as green technologies deliver clean everyone greatly contributes community concerned per United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 6 (SDG6).

Due to the toxins included in wastewater, wastewater reuse is becoming more and important as a method of protecting aquatic environment conserving freshwater resources. Components organic matter coming from treatment plant effluents are among factors be concerned about for human environmental health. Therefore, solve this problem, objectives study were treat simulated industrial removal components (phenol, acetone, mixed components) by batch adsorption system using different types charcoal adsorbents such as; granular (GC), powder artificial (PCA), commercial (PCC). To find best operating conditions efficiency, effects contact time, adsorbent dose, component concentration, pH, shaking speed studied. The characterization properties determined utilizing Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) scanning electron microscopy (SEM). isotherm models Langmuir Freundlich, well kinetic pseudo-first-order pseudo-second-order, investigated. highest phenol, efficiency 93.79% (residual = 0.310 ppm), 97.08% 0.146 84.19% 0.790 respectively, at 1 g/L adsorbent, 120 min 5 ppm 150 rpm mixing speed, acid pH 3 solution. According results, it was found that type produce quality water meets standards World Health Organization (WHO), model acetone but Freundlich phenol treatment.
