Bio-synthesized silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were successfully obtained using the leaf extract from Ventilago maderaspatana. Extensive analysis was conducted to evaluate physical and chemical characteristics of bioderived AgNPs. XRD confirmed their cubic structure, revealed a well-defined size distribution with average crystallite 11.7 nm. FE-SEM TEM images visually supported observed range. The presence plant-mediated phytochemicals on surface AgNPs through DLS, FTIR, TGA/DTA studies. To assess antidiabetic potential, rats induced streptozotocin, resulting in elevated levels biochemical parameters associated diabetes. Conversely, serum insulin (2.50 ± 0.55) glucokinase activity (64.50 8.66) decreased. However, treatment demonstrated dose-dependent reduction blood glucose, total protein, albumin, HbA1c levels, effectively restoring them normal ranges. Moreover, significantly increased (7.55 0.63) (121.50 4.60), indicating potential V. maderaspatana-mediated Notably, exitance phytochemicals, like flavonoids phenols, facilitated ability neutralize reactive oxygen species (ROS) electron donation. This property enhanced overall efficiency.
