Energy systems are often socio-technical complex that facing new challenges regarding technological and environmental changes. Because of their nature, they cannot be approached solely through analytical modeling, hence the inefficiency most classical modeling approaches. In this article, a Hybrid Approach based on both systemic is presented applied to case study. From novel approach, model—the Multi-Institution Building System—is presented. It allowed us highlight detail need for greater governance energy systems. The solutions identified answer issues (Accuracy, Reliability Fairness) were DevOps methodology use Distributed Microservices Architecture. Based framework, design Decision Support System assuring exploiting state-of-the-art scalable tools data management machine learning factories described in article. Moreover, we wish set up conceptual basis necessary generic theoretical framework optimization applicable context shared resource.

Home energy retrofit has been a publicly-funded policy in many countries since the 1990s. Government motivations have spanned from combating poverty to climate action and sustainability. Given ambition of public policy, this paper reviews targets, spatial scales metrics used deliver evaluate home retrofit. Large-scale projects do differ: by area, depth evaluation (if used). This review surveys first, quantities homes inhabitants intermediate plan programmes. Second, optimal scale large-scale Third, quantitative retrofits, future trends occupant-based metrics. Neighbourhood is found be for Deep described as 60% savings that, synergy with supply decarbonisation, promises 80% or higher emission reductions. Recent evidence shows shifting primacy fabric-first decarbonisation heat generation occupant health well-being.

Traditional wooden dwellings, which are widely distributed with enormous stocks in China, of great historical and have obvious cultural value. The walls such buildings generally subjected to poor thermal insulation performance, not only reduces residential comfort but also increases building cooling heating energy consumption. In addition, this type been all kinds problems, as the lack measures for improving shortage special funds. Consequently, it is very challenging reutilize Chinese traditional many abandoned even collapsed. All above become major difficulties encountered dwelling heritage protection. Hence, investigating energy-efficient retrofitting strategies dwellings giving economical evaluation methods two keys solving reutilization problem dwellings. Against background, a set second-level proposed research, including survey on retrofitted modeling consumption analysis, definition wall scheme, first-level retrofitting, screening scheme. evaluation, took efficiency reference index, could evaluate conservation effect before after retrofitting. Sustainable urbanism involves a wide range of issues, starting with the building unit and leading up to city scale under discourse sustainability, including four main dimensions environmental, economic, cultural, social. Universal design (UD) can be suggested as one significant catalyzers urban parameters, which are among basic elements social sustainability. UD is in terms providing solutions that meet common needs all individuals built environments. There strong relationship between sustainability UD. Thus, adopting concept planning spaces crucial. Within this framework, via relevant theoretical evaluation, conceptual framework constructed order explain universal within context parameters Alongside discussing term, also discussed development model. Later, methodology section study, northern Nicosia has been chosen study area. A qualitative evaluation regarding seven quantitative assessment based on TSI standards, prepared European directives/regulations, were applied nine space items avenue. Based findings at Şht. Kemal Ünal Avenue, it concluded do not achieve convenient environment for greatest extent possible. Further, discussion several suggestions presented improvement streets, taking into account principles. These refer stops, sidewalks, pedestrian crossings, furniture, equipment In sum, expected analyses undertaken literature review, model, will contribute existing knowledge terminology
