This paper explores the impact of an environmental tax on carbon emissions for G7 nations from 1994 to 2014 and importance major drivers such as energy use, economic complexity, natural resources rent growth. With the deep combination of both modern information technology and traditional agriculture, era agriculture 4.0, which takes form smart has come. Smart provides solutions for agricultural intelligence automation. However, security issues cannot be ignored with development brought by technology. In this paper, three typical modes (precision facility order agriculture) are presented. Then, 7 key technologies 11 applications derived from above modes. Lithium-ion batteries are used in a wide range of applications including energy storage systems, electric transportations, and portable electronic devices. Accurately obtaining the batteries' state health (SOH) is critical to prolong service life battery ensure safe reliable operation system. Machine learning (ML) technology has attracted increasing attention due its competitiveness studying behavior complex nonlinear systems. With development big data cloud computing, ML potential SOH estimation. In this paper, five most studied types algorithms for estimation systematically reviewed. The basic principle each algorithm rigorously derived followed by flow charts with unified form, advantages applicability different methods compared from theoretical perspective. Then, ML-based comprehensively following three aspects: performance various under metrics, publication trend obtained counting publications past ten years, training modes considering feature extraction selection methods.
