Power system researcher have turned to Micro-Grids (MG) for higher reliability, greater flexibility, lower operating costs and losses, CO 2 emissions at the distribution system. This paper presents a single-level stochastic optimization framework planning partitioning of including Multiple (MMGs). The main objective is minimize total cost investment, operation, losses reliability network. proposed model takes into account viewpoints MG owners operators, simultaneously. voltage stability index introduced identify optimal site investment. To deal with uncertainties caused by renewable generations, Firefly Algorithm (FA) probability-tree method used create various operation scenarios Photo-Voltaic (PVs) Wind Turbines (WTs). solved through genetic algorithm in MATLAB, evaluate its effectiveness, numerical studies been carried out on experimental IEEE network four specified locations investing MGs seven Tie Switches (TS) partitioning. Simulation results reveal that investment are determined such way all connect buses near beginning feeder as result, load point improved, active power reduced, energy program becomes more optimized.

Firstly, a smart terminal is designed based on 5G communication technology, which embedded with various protection measurement devices to form terminal. A distributed control model for the distribution network constructed terminals, and an objective function taking into account factors such as restoring important loads, surplus power supply in network, losses, number of switch actions. Finally, Sparrow Search Algorithm (SSA) improved using elite reverse learning strategy dynamic sine perturbation strategy, it used solve function. Based IEEE33 node system, experimental tests are conducted, results show that average delay terminals about 30ms. Taking 14:00 example, proposed method achieves loss, actions, recovered load power, 46.39 kW, 3 times, 185.65 240.28 respectively. The fault recovery effect ideal.
