In this study, we address the challenge of balancing sustainability and decision-maker preferences in regional development location selections. We propose a multi-criteria decision-making framework combining Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Fuzzy Goal Programming (FGP) to evaluate potential sites.AHP is utilized prioritize criteria, incorporating both quantitative qualitative factors, while FGP allows for accommodation uncertainty conflicting goals. Our findings reveal that integrated approach provides robust, systematic method identifying optimal locations align with goals stakeholder priorities. The analysis revealed following satisfaction levels: Price 61.11%, Quality 80.4%, Delivery Time 79.3%, Carbon Emission 91.76%, Preference 51.18%.The emphasize complex process selecting vendors within palm oil supply chain. The implications research suggest enhanced efficiency effectiveness planning, promoting sustainable practices.

Supplier selection, which is one of the phases supply chain management, was examined in this chapter. In line four expert opinions and literature review, main criteria, including environmental, economic, social, smart 18 sub-criteria were evaluated study. An interval-valued q-rung orthopair fuzzy (IVqROF) number based MAIRCA (multi attributive ideal-real comparative analysis) method proposed for ranking 5 alternative suppliers. chapter, method, but unlike literature, IVqROF applied to method. It has been seen that number, extension obtained by developing intuitionistic Pythagorean provides an advantage evaluating opinions. addition, Industry 4.0 criteria under criterion contributed supplier selection problem. The study problem automotive sub-industry company.
