Breast milk is the best nutrient to reduce pain in nursing mothers and death infants. However, for mothers, too little volume cause of problems occurring during breastfeeding process. Thus, who breastfeed should consume foods that can increase breast volume. One food frequently consumed by honey. In fact, natural honey challenging discover, price also high which makes it as an obstacle. A more economical alternative required, one black cumin. It easy obtain affordable. Black cumin contains galactagogue prolactin influences production. The objective this study identify effect on milk. was a randomized controlled trial involving 60 divided into intervention groups control groups. group provided 15 grams brewed with 1000C boiling water much 200 ml, assigned pure ml. Intervention were administered second day completion after giving birth. They measuring instruments accustomed measure pumps. Owing to the significant contribution of three-dimensional (3D) field-based QSAR toward hit optimization and accurately predicting activities small molecules, herein, 3D-QSAR, in vitro antimicrobial, molecular docking, pharmacophore modeling studies all isolated (R/S)-2-thioxo-DHPM-5-carboxanilides exhibiting antimicrobial activity were carried out. Psoriasis, a persistent immune-mediated inflammatory skin condition, affects approximately 2-3% of the global population. Current treatments for psoriasis are fraught with limitations, including adverse effects, high costs, and diminishing efficacy over time. Thymoquinone (TQ), derived from Nigella sativa seeds, exhibits promising anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, immunomodulatory properties that could prove beneficial in managing psoriasis. However, TQ’s hydrophobic nature poor bioavailability have hindered its usefulness as therapeutic agent. Recent research has strategically addressed these challenges by developing nano-thymoquinone (nano-TQ) formulations to enhance delivery treating Preclinical studies employing mouse models demonstrated nano-TQ effectively mitigates inflammation, erythema, scaling, epidermal thickness, cytokine levels psoriatic lesions. Aim The aim was to evaluate the anticancer potential of Digera muricata ethanolicleaf extract on MG-63 osteosarcoma cell lines.
