Amending Pb-affected soil with biochar (BH) and magnesium potassium phosphate cement (MKC) reduces Pb uptake in plants. Moreover, foliar applications of melatonin proline are also known to reduce plant oxidative stress uptake. However, little is about combining both techniques, i.e., adding a combo immobilizing dose (CIA = mixture BH MKC at 50:50 ratio) Pb-polluted application for reducing spinach. Control, proline, melatonin, CIA, CIA+proline, CIA+melatonin were the treatments utilized this pot study see their effects on stress, uptake, improving spinach quality soil. bioavailability, enzymatic activities, numbers bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes evaluated. The effect CIA soil-plant system enzymes microbial was more pronounced than alone. most effective treatment availability (77%), shoots (95%), roots (84%), alleviating biomass (98%) nutrients. Soil activities number microorganisms rhizosphere highest CIA+melatonin. Results highlight significance CIA+melatonin, as an inexpensive approach, remediating quality. further research needed understand different crops various concentrations before employing technique commercially agriculture environment sectors.

Abstract Implementing sustainable initiatives requires a competent leader who can sense the importance of entrepreneurial opportunities to outperform their competitors using interpersonal and skills. Considering this, current research seeks underlying role green orientation (GEO) innovation (GI) between leaders' competencies performance in small‐ medium‐sized enterprises (SMEs) an emerging economy. This paper also examines institutional support as moderator GI performance. The data from 329 SMEs multi‐respondent time‐lagged strategies were collected analyzed “structural equation modeling.” results demonstrate that significantly predicted GEO GI, while strongly influences economic Additionally, association is strengthened by support. Theoretically, this study empirically tested lead For practitioners, proposes important factor should be properly exploited for better social, environmental,
