ABSTRACT Messenger RNA (mRNA) technology has rapidly evolved, significantly impacting various therapeutic applications, including vaccines, protein replacement, and gene editing. Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) have emerged as a pivotal nonviral vector for mRNA delivery, crucial organ‐targeted therapies.
