Traditionally, amber (Succinite) has been used to alleviate all types of pain, skin allergies, and headaches. However, no studies have conducted on its antidiabetic antioxidant effects. In this study, differentiated skeletal muscle C2C12 cells were demonstrate the protective effects (AMB) against H2O2-induced cell death. addition, AMB glucose uptake ATP production investigated. Our results showed that at 10, 25, 50 μg/mL suppressed elevation ROS induced by H2O2 in a dose-dependent manner. Moreover, enhanced utilization through improvement an increase PGC-1α gene expression resulting amelioration mitochondrial activity. On other hand, significantly increased transporters GLUT4 GLUT1. finding suggests can be as natural supplement for diabetes treatment promotion function.
