In
response
to
the
significant
waste
of
bioresources
from
passion
fruit
peels
in
current
market,
aiming
enhance
economic
benefits
soluble
dietary
fiber
(SDF)
derived
food
industry,
this
study
extracted
SDF
using
six
different
methods
and

affected
its
physicochemical
