Astaxanthin

has

application
prospects
in
medicine

products.
However,
its
highly
unsaturated
structure

To
overcome
these
limitations,
researchers
have
proposed

of
nano
delivery
systems.
This
review
summarizes
various

carriers,

analyzes
their
advantages

solubility,
