Ovarian aging occurs prior to the of other organ systems and acts as pacemaker process multiple organs. As life expectancy has increased, preventing ovarian become an essential goal for promoting extended reproductive function improving bone genitourinary conditions related in women. An improved understanding may ultimately provide tools prediction mitigation this process. Recent studies have suggested a connection between gut microbiota, alterations composition functional profile microbiota profound consequences on function. The interaction ovaries is bidirectional. In review, we examine current knowledge ovary-gut crosstalk further discuss potential role anti-aging interventions. Microbiota-based manipulation appealing approach that offer new therapeutic strategies delay or reverse aging.

The species in Sanghuangporus are a group of edible mushrooms with long history oral use East Asia as health-improvement method. They should be classified under the genus rather than mistakenly Phellinus or Inonotus. major components this consist polysaccharides, polyphenols, triterpenoids, and flavonoids, all which exist fruiting bodies mycelia. For extraction, studies have shown methods using hot water, ethanol, DES solvent, alkaline, followed by purification including traditional anion column, Sevag solution, macroporous resin, magnetic polymers. Proven modern medical technology, these possess promising anti-inflammatory, antioxidative, antitumor, immunoregulation effects; additionally, they health-improving effects pulmonary protection, hypoglycemic properties, sleep improvement, gout mitigation, antiaging, neuroprotection, muscle-strengthening abilities. Several toxicity revealed their safety recommend dose 1 g/kg for mice. As newly emerged concept, functional food can provide not only life-sustaining nutrients but also some effects. In conclusion, we substantiate Sanghuang comprehensively presenting information on extraction methods, component structural nontoxicity, hoping to benefit development food.

Different methods were used to degrade Tremella fuciformis polysaccharides (TFP) and prepare low molecular weight of (TFLP) improve their bioavailability. It was found that the TFLP prepared by ultrasonic-assisted H2O2-Vc method showed highest level antioxidant activity stress resistance in C. elegans. The structural characteristics, vivo TFLP-1 evaluated after isolation purification TFLP, it an acid polysaccharide with a 75770 Da, which mainly composed mannose. The health benefits of tea are primarily attributed to its chemical composition, particularly phenolic compounds. As a renowned from Guangdong, China, Xianhu (XHT) has not been thoroughly studied in terms composition or health-promoting properties. This study characterized the compounds water extract using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) and evaluated antioxidant activity vitro. Furthermore, effects XHT extracts on reactive oxygen species (ROS), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), lipofuscin levels, lifespan Caenorhabditis elegans were assessed, alongside their modulation aging-related genes. Compared with Xinyang Maojian (XYMJ) Yingde black (YDBT), exhibited significantly higher polyphenol content, 23 identified as characteristic markers. demonstrated superior 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical-scavenging 2,2'-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) inhibition capacities, greatest reductions ROS, MDA, highest upregulation SOD CAT activities. was 23.50% 21.07% longer than nematodes control group. Moreover, modulated 13 genes, which strongly correlated research results above indicators all obtained without affecting normal feeding reproductive capabilities C. elegans. These findings suggest that these phenolics key bioactive components responsible for anti-aging XHT.

Nutrition generally refers to the macro- and micro-nutrients essential for survival, but we do not simply eat nutrition. Instead, animal- plant-based foods without always being conscious of its nutritional value. Furthermore, various cultural factors influence shape our taste, preferences, taboos practices towards preparing consuming food as a meal diet. Biogerontological understanding ageing has identified one three foundational pillars health survival. Here address issues nutrition, diet by analyzing biological importance including hormetins, discussing claims types food, reviewing general principles healthy dietary patterns, timing, caloric restriction, intermittent fasting. We also present views about need refining approaches strategies future research on incorporating molecular, physiological, personal aspects this crucial pillar health, longevity.
