This investigation utilized an eco-friendly method to produce copper oxide nanoparticles (CuO NPs) through the utilization of Jasminium sambac leaf extract. Optimization pH, temperature, reaction time, and sulfate concentration were performed. Characterization via UV-Vis, SEM, XRD, FTIR, EDX techniques revealed a peak at 243 nm in FTIR band 590 cm-1 confirmed Cu(II) ion reduction CuO NPs. identified as crucial synthesis parameters. analysis indicated composition 75.94% 24.06% oxygen. NPs dispersive, monoclinic, crystalline, pure, with average particle size 13.4 nm. Photocatalytic experiments achieved 97% Methylene Blue dye degradation 210 minutes, highlighting efficacy green for significant photocatalytic activity wastewater remediation.

Centella asiatica, is renowned in traditional medicine for its diverse applications, such as treating lupus, skin ailments, leprosy, fever, gastrointestinal issues, mental disorders, neurodegenerative conditions, and enhanced cognitive functions. Microwave-assisted solvent extraction (MASE) was chosen a more effective, efficient, environmentally friendly method than the conventional used to extract asiatica. This study aims optimize process asiatica using Box-Behnken Design experimental approach. The results showed that highest yield, 62.25%, obtained at microwave power of 450 W, feed-solvent (F/S) ratio 0.05, time 5 minutes. F/S lowest 20.69%, 0.10, 10 critical parameters under investigation include time, power, ratio. Employing design (BBD) allows identification conditions provide optimal results. optimum achieve maximum yield 62.4912% were 546.18 0.05 g/mL, 5.10 min.
