It is crucial to prioritize research and development as part of rural revitalization efforts promote balanced economic growth, preserve cultural heritage, reduce urban migration. This ensures sustainability encourages equal access opportunities, resources, a healthy environment for people in both areas. For the first time, this study explores interplay between (Factor A) health-related B) under background eight towns (Chengguan, Haocheng, Liacheng, Renqiao, Hugou, Xinmaqiao, Liuji, Wangzhuang) located Guzhen County, Bengbu City, China. The County were not studied these two factors before. evaluates environmental needs by gathering data from 100 residents towns, totaling 800 targeted area. Sustainability highlights town-specific priorities; however, emphasize mutual all residents. Similar results different highlight critical significance environment. Statistical analysis reveals significant correlation factors. stimulates further exploration nuanced dynamics revitalization. Despite the substantial advances in cancer therapies, developing safe and effective treatment methodologies is critical. Natural (plant-derived compounds), such as flavonoids, might be crucial a methodology without toxicity toward healthy tissues. Prunin flavonoid with potential to used biomedical applications. has yet undergo thorough scientific research, its precise molecular mechanisms of action remain largely unexplored. This review summarizes therapeutic prunin for first time, focusing on underlying an anticancer compound. gained significant attention due antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, effects. aims unlock how functions at level exert effects, primarily modulating key cellular pathways. Furthermore, we have discussed prunin’s adjunctive therapy conventional treatments, highlighting ability strengthen responses while decreasing drug resistance. Moreover, discussion probes into innovative delivery methods, particularly nanoformulations, that address bioavailability, solubility, stability limitations optimize application. By providing comprehensive analysis properties, this stimulate further exploration using agent, thereby progressing development targeted, selective, safe, methods.

Nowadays, cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) technology has developed as an innovative tool for cancer therapy. Although many studies have reported the antitumor effects of in vivo and vitro, there are challenges, including standardization devices treatment time different tumors. For first time, we aimed to evaluate compare optimal exposure direction-dependent cellular helium argon on 4T1 cells a triple-negative mouse model breast cancer. This study used two types jet with input parameters. In vitro evaluations cell line using MTT assays flow cytometry analysis demonstrate CAP-induced apoptosis all treated groups, especially direct approach. These changes were concurrent increased intracellular reactive oxygen species levels decreased total antioxidant capacity these cells. results revealed that CAP therapy reduces tumor size, decreases Nottingham histological score, prevents weight loss, increases survival rate groups. suggest may overcome adverse approved therapeutic strategies seems be significant issue patients clinical stage, alone or combination current programs.
