Heavy metals are significant risk factors for kidney function. Numerous studies have shown that exposure to heavy negatively correlates with function through oxidative stress pathways, and serum α-klotho is linked stress. However, the role of in relationship between blood lead, mercury, remains unclear. This study evaluated mediating alpha-klotho mercury renal function, using data from 2007-2016 National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) U.S. adults aged 40-79. The sample included 11,032 participants, α-klotho, other relevant covariates measured. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used assess lead levels, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) employed measure α-klotho. Kidney estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) based on creatinine levels. Multivariable linear regression conducted analyze relationships eGFR. Abstract Based on the transforming growth factor β-activated kinase 1 (TAK1)-p38 mitogen-activated protein (p38MAPK)-nucleotide-binding oligo-like receptor 3 (NLRP3) signalling pathway, protective effect and mechanism of isoproterennaline (ISO)-induced cinnamaldehyde inflammatory injury in ventricular rats were investigated. Fifty male SPF SD randomly assigned to normal group, model propranolol low-dose group or high-dose group. The arrhythmia was constructed using "6 + 1" ISO injection method. given 15 mg·(kg d) −1 , those low groups 20 50 respectively, control received an equal volume 0.9% NaCl solution. Changes serum troponin (cTnI), creatine isoenzyme (CK-MB), interleukin-1β (IL-1β) levels determined by ELISA.
