century.
However,
the
past
decade,

process

Firearm
wounds

pattern.
Despite

case
presentations

retrospective

autopsy
reports

inspections

autopsies

deaths
were

Results:

injuries,
where
initial
evaluation
suggested
homicide
staged
suicide,
later
confirmed

self-inflicted
shot;
(3)
51-year-old

in
car
head,
