current
study
examines
the
impact
of
health
claims
on
consumer
preferences
and
willingness
to
pay
(WTP)
for
functional
snack
bars,
focusing
anti-inflammatory
antioxidant
properties.
Through
an
experimental
auction
involving
175
participants,
this
investigates
how
providing
clear
information
product
benefits
influences
interest
WTP
while
analysing
role
individual
consciousness
(HC)
in
shaping
these
preferences.

Abstract
Noodles
are
usually
rich
in
carbohydrates
but
lack
essential
nutrients
such
as
protein,
fiber,
vitamins,
and
minerals,

causing
metabolic
problems

consumed

explores
strategies
to
improve
quality
of
noodles
through
substitution
