The value of statistical life (VSL) reflects the trade-off between money and risk death. The current study examines the impact of health claims on consumer preferences and willingness to pay (WTP) for functional snack bars, focusing anti-inflammatory antioxidant properties. Through an experimental auction involving 175 participants, this investigates how providing clear information product benefits influences interest WTP while analysing role individual consciousness (HC) in shaping these preferences. results indicate that detailed positively affect bars compared standard options. Abstract Noodles are usually rich in carbohydrates but lack essential nutrients such as protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, potentially causing metabolic problems if consumed the long term. This review explores strategies to improve quality of noodles through substitution fortification. Substitution is replacing main ingredient with a more nutrient‐dense alternative, sweet potato starch, which has been shown nutritional content noodles, fiber beta carotene. This study aimed to determine consumers’ awareness and consumption frequency towards selected functional food products investigate the relationship between attitudes, socio-demographic characteristics their purchase intention foods in Türkiye.
