The selection of IR spectroscopic approach for quantification drugs supports green analytical chemistry principles without compromising the method performance. follows pressed pellet technique preparing samples using potassium bromide any toxic solvents and even reduced waste too. An easy, fast, environmentally friendly FT-IR spectrophotometric was developed validated simultaneous measurement amlodipine besylate (AML) telmisartan (TEL) in pharmaceutical combination formulations. absorbance spectra which obtained from transmittance were used determining area under curve correlated with amount or concentration. AML TEL shows peaks at 1206 cm- 1 863 1. Validation followed ICH guidelines all validation results within limits. LOD LOQ found as 0.009359 %w/w, 0.028359 %w/w respectively where it to be 0.008241 0.024974 respectively. MoGAPI, AGREE prep, RGB model assessment procedure sustainable. described HPLC not significantly different statistically.

Abstract Background This study proposes a simple digital image colorimetric method using smartphone for the quantitative analysis of isoniazid in pharmaceutical medications.
