Therefore, primary objective of present study examine significance clean energy, research spending, technological innovation, income, human capital in environmental USA from 1990 2022. The employed time series econometric methods estimate empirical results. confirmed long-run cointegrating relationship among CO 2 emissions, capital, R&D, energy. results are statistically significant short run except R&D expenditures. In long run, found that income contribute further aggravating environment via increasing emissions. expenditures, energy help promote by limiting carbon recommends investment expenditures USA.

In this paper, we explore whether and how circular economy policies stimulate green innovation. At the dawn of century, China launched pilot policy (CEPP). Using panel data 284 Chinese prefectures, estimate effect on patent applications. Our findings indicate a significant positive CEPP applications, including invention patents utility model patents.
