Companies that manufacture poles generate several negative environmental impacts, whose extent needs to be assessed find ways mitigate them. In this research, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) was used as a methodology measure the potential impacts throughout poles' life cycle. Primary data (amount of cement, gravel, sand, steel rebars, energy, water) were collected from industries located in Teresina, Piauí, Brazil, and information Ecoinvent 3.7.1 database (transport, solid waste, liquid effluents, particulate matter) used. The literature addresses pole production different perspective, making study relevant disseminate cycle thinking concrete production. Polyurea coatings are well recognized for their remarkable protective properties, making them highly appropriate practical use in the field of concrete building. The polyurea building business is currently constrained, despite its prevalent application industrialized nations. limited may be ascribed to ambiguities about determinants effective implementation this particular setting, as dearth extensive study realm new materials. primary objective research assess and conceptualize key linked endeavors. Utilizing a quantitative approach, comprehensive literature analysis was conducted identify total 21 probable success variables. reliability questionnaire established by administration pilot survey, afterwards, an exploratory factor (EFA) performed enhance clarity precision underlying components. researchers used structural modeling (SEM) approaches develop robust model using data obtained from survey. EFA revealed presence five unique constructs that have impact on effectiveness projects. These constructions comprise several characteristics, including environmental considerations, functional requirements, execution processes, creative elements. significance relevance shown validation study's results SEM. makes valuable contribution towards progression coating within sector.

In order to assess the energy efficiency of building activities in real-time, this research offers a data-driven methodology. Efficiently managing usage while minimizing negative effects on environment is focus study. Using large dataset that includes ratings obtained from sophisticated analytics and continuous monitoring, as well specific consumption (SEC) measurements, our study reveals intricate patterns use. Reducing by 15% during peak hours possible with use predictive modeling tools, which show possibility proactive actions. With dynamic modifications resulting 20% reduction total use, there are substantial benefits implementing adaptive techniques based real-time data. The method’s dependability confirmed comparing it industry-standard standards, highlights how strong evaluation system is. Building managers may benefit greatly research’s findings efficiency, will help create more sustainable financially feasible systems.
