It is vital that Immune fitness, i.e., how well the immune system functions and reacts to challenges, can be reliably examined. The current study aimed compare fitness with assessments of saliva biomarkers systemic inflammation.N = 108 healthy young adults (18-30-year-old students Utrecht University, Netherlands) participated in study. A sample was collected for biomarker assessment (Interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, immunoglobulin (IgA), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), c-reactive protein (CRP). Additionally, a survey completed assess mood, mental resilience, quality life. correlations between assessments, mood were determined.No significant inflammation found. Mental resilience is the ability to bounce back from daily life stressors such as divorce or losing a job. Extensive research has demonstrated negative relationship between mental and alcohol consumption.
