Blockchain technology has the potential to revolutionize securities settlement systems, offering an efficient, reliable, and cost-effective alternative traditional methods. Its features, including distributed data authenticity, programmability, scalability, can enhance security efficiency in China’s market, while promoting a sustainable energy future. However, fully leverage benefits of blockchain registration settlement, it is crucial address algorithmic loopholes operational risks associated with smart contracts. Establishing technical standards rules also necessary ensure smooth system operation. Furthermore, given uncertainty final time point, adherence decentralization principles incorporation embedded for supervision are essential. Legislative measures required regulate contracts mitigate systemic risk effectively. This will stable expectation enable fair allocation legal responsibility among involved parties. Additionally, other regulatory approaches should be implemented provide effective adapt rapid development blockchain. By addressing challenges risks, blockchain’s full realized, enabling future, enhancing market.

Market participation promotion is vital to ensure the efficacy of smart community construction and sustainable advancement. Previous studies focused on but ignored analyzing market affecting factors in their inner mechanism, rendering challenging. This study aimed get a clear structure influencing by developing comprehensive analytical framework. Initially, systematic literature review (SLR) grounded theory (GT) were employed identify list nine crucial factors. Subsequently, expert interview (EI) interpretive structural modeling (ISM) utilized establish four-level model for participation. Finally, strategic framework comprising 17 specific strategies, at addressing key factors, was proposed from stakeholders' perspective. The findings contribute deeper understanding that influence shed light relationships among these thereby enriching knowledge system construction. Furthermore, this provides practical insights stakeholders effectively foster engagement development.

ABSTRACT As global food security continues to be extremely challenging, countries are seeking optimal solutions for the sustainable development of their agriculture and systems under environmental resource pressures. This study explores whether how digitalization facilitates or hinders China's security. Based on data from Food Agriculture Organization (FAO), World Bank, United Nations E‐Government survey, we assess digital transformation in terms infrastructure, competition, innovation, governance using entropy method. Specifically, use ordinary least‐squares robust ridge regressions estimate impact China during 2000–2021. The results indicate that improves through production transaction enablement. Namely, infrastructure competition significantly contribute availability, accessibility, utilization. In addition, innovation experiences synergies with other indicators improve However, decreases sustainability because premature governance, as well a lack talent, investment, technical support. Thus, increase security, it is essential upgrade accelerate cultivate talents, make full enabling market.
