The
benefits
of
regular
physical
activity
(PA)
on
disease
prevention
and
treatment
outcomes
have
been
recognized
for
centuries.
However,

recently
has

muscles
emerged
as
a
putative
mechanism

exercise
confers
protection
against

states.

microbiota

in
energy
homeostasis

regulation.
