Given India's high patient load on the existing healthcare setup, as well political, social, and organizational challenges, nursing sector is facing various problems, therefore leading to substandard experiences poor care at parallel setups, specifically homecare. This paper presents self-managed organizations (SMOs) characterized by a horizontal management structure an effective alternative hierarchical structures overladen with bureaucracy. Therefore, we are exploring strategies homecare that can make better more productive experience.This study utilized Constructivist Grounded Theory (CGT), employing semi-structured interviews explore dynamics in structures. It delved into crucial aspects like finances, structure, value systems, information flow, conflict resolution within SMOs. The methodology involved theoretical sampling, prioritizing expert self-management knowledge over mere representativeness. Seven nurses, twelve members, fifteen patients from contributed examination of experiences. Constant comparative analysis data led identification Qualitative Success Enablers (QSEs), revealing three themes: Insightfulness, Enhancing Nursing Experience through Job Enrichment, Autonomy-Enabled Intrapreneurship.The findings indicate represented studied organization India has shown considerable success times laden uncertainties during COVID-19 pandemic, especially delta wave, which revealed frailty infrastructure. successfully maintained experience gained employee satisfaction, in-depth constant analysis.In world unique stand brink significant transformations. The COVID-19 pandemic heavily impacted nursing care. This study aimed to understand which interventions were instrumental in responding patients’ needs by exploring the experiences of patients and nurses. In this mixed-method with an explanatory sequential design, we involved nurses caring for intensive sub-intensive care units patients. first phase, collected data through a survey that assessed from perspective patients, as well patient satisfaction. second qualitative interviews third extracted quantitative records. Our sample included 100 nurses, 59 15 records, 31 (15 16 nurses). results phase showed agreed on most important difficulties: “breathing”, “sleep/rest”, “communication”. Nursing was rated positively 90% four themes identified interviews: “my problems”, emotions”, “helpful factors”, “nursing care”. To explore nurse-patient interactions during the Covid-19 pandemic from both nurses' and patients' perspectives.Qualitative study using constructive grounded theory.A total of 34 patients 49 nurses acute home care settings participated in individual or focus group interviews between December 2020 May 2021. Abstract Background Norwegian society's resilience during the COVID‐19 pandemic resulted in low mortality rates and moderate economic decline. The accessible primary healthcare system played a vital role this, especially care of elderly chronically ill patients. biettivo: Indagare la soddisfazione professionale e il benessere percepito dagli Infermieri che lavorano in Salute Mentale, focalizzandosi sugli “stressors” ai quali, gli stessi, sono esposti quotidianamente: processo decisionale, responsabilità infermieristica, competenza professionale, lavoro d’équipe rapporto di leadership. Metodi: Sono stati reclutati infermieri nelle strutture psichiatriche più precisamente nei Dipartimenti Mentale (DSM) sia a livello ospedaliero, Servizi Psichiatrici Diagnosi Cura (SPDC) territoriale Centri (CSM), Strutture Residenziali (SRTR, SRSR) semiresidenziali quali i Diurni (CD). raccolti dati sociodemografici, quali: sesso, età, stato civile, titolo studio, luogo area geografica servizio. E’ utilizzato “Questionario Copenaghen (COPSOQ): questionario sulle condizioni psicosociale, salute benessere”. Risultati: In totale 58 hanno partecipato allo studio. Dalla valutazione delle associazioni esistenti tra le caratteristiche socio-demografiche tre dimensioni del non si evidenza alcuna associazione lineare, tranne per livelli rilevati: presso (CSM) o (SPDC), registrano un significativamente alto nel proprio (p=.016), rispetto colleghi riabilitazione psichiatrica. Conclusioni: Dai risultati ottenuti è emerso come Responsabilità, Competenza Professione incidano sulla personale infermieristico quanto, stessa, influenzi questi fattori.

To explore and describe intensive care professional nurses' experiences caring for COVID-19 patients in private hospitals Gauteng, South Africa. Pandemics are unique forms of disasters characterised by adverse psychological symptoms behaviours. Literature confirms a globally increased workload during pandemics, causing emotional exhaustion poor concentration among healthcare workers.
