Deterioration

Real‐time
monitoring
using
on‐package
indicator
films
can
help
consumers
make
informed
purchasing
decisions.
Interest
in
the
use
intelligent
packaging
systems
for
safety
has
increased
recent
years.
Polysaccharide‐based
be
developed
into
their
excellent
film‐forming
properties
biodegradability.
Another
important
component

visible
color
changes

various

Currently,
