There is growing interest in reducing the number of synthetic products or additives and replacing them with natural ones. The pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food industries are especially focused on bioactive chemicals isolated from plants microorganisms. main challenge here to develop efficient ecological methods for their isolation. According strategies rules sustainable development green chemistry, solvents environmentally friendly technologies must be used. application deep eutectic as biodegradable seems a promising alternative traditional methods. They classified being but, most importantly, very extraction media compared organic solvents. aim this review present recent findings extraction, well biological activities possible applications plant ingredients, namely, phenolics, flavonoids, terpenes, saponins, some others. This paper thoroughly reviews modern, ecological, use (DESs). newest findings, factors influencing efficiency such water content, hydrogen bond donor acceptor types, systems, also discussed. New solutions major problem separating DESs extract solvent recycling presented.

The increasing worries by the inadequate use of energy and preservation nature are promoting an interest in production biolubricants. After discussing necessity producing biolubricants, this review focuses on these interesting molecules through lipases, different possibilities (esterification free fatty acids, hydroesterification or transesterification oils fats, biodiesel with more adequate alcohols, estolides production, modification acids). utilization discarded substrates has special due to double positive ecological impact (e.g., oil distillated, overused oils). Pros cons all possibilities, together general considerations optimize processes will be outlined. Some overcome some problems detected compounds also discussed.

Molecularly imprinted polymers, a type of special polymer materials, are widely used in biosensing and other fields due to their ability specifically recognize target molecules, often called "artificial receptors.". Nowadays, researchers constantly exploring new design synthesis methods for molecularly materials improve the selectivity sensitivity materials. Among them, selection functional monomers has attracted great attention. This review comprehensively analyzes discusses monomers. The most commonly among different types templates screened based on structural properties template including ion-imprinted protein-imprinted bacterial polymers. rich binding sites group multifunctional also highlighted advance development molecular imprinting technology. article further explores current challenges prospects emphasizes multiplex experiments computer simulations as important directions future research. provides comprehensive information constructive guidelines selecting areas such analytical chemistry biosensors.

In this study, a magnetic deep eutectic solvent coupled with dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction using high-performance liquid chromatography (MDES-DLLME-HPLC) was developed to detect strobilurin fungicides. The green hydrophobic MDES synthesized by methyltrioctylammonium chloride, ferric and heptanoic acid used as an extraction solvent, which dispersed vortex separated external field. use of toxic solvents avoided, the separation time reduced. best experimental results were obtained through single factor response surface optimization. method had good linear relationship R2 > 0.996. limit detection (LOD) ranged from 0.001 0.002 mg L-1. recoveries 81.9-108.9%. proposed rapid green, it has been successfully applied fungicides in water, juice, vinegar.
