A BSTRACT Delayed wound healing is one of the most common problems associated with diabetic patients. There are several factors delayed healing. It has been observed that if not cured takes a long time. This reason researchers engaged in developing sustainable, biodegradable, biocompatible, and effective wound-healing dressings. However, it traditional bandages have drawbacks such as allergies less efficiency absorption exudate. To fill gap, hydrogels developed recently which higher capacity. Bletilla striata polysaccharide (BSP) was added to curdlan form a blend hydrogel through simple heating-cooling procedure improve the hydrophilicity and healing efficacy of curdlan-based used in wound healing. We explored interplay between BSP curdlan, studied how concentration affects physical properties microstructures hydrogels, examined biocompatibility hydrogel. It proved that framework primarily formed by ordered arranged molecules, with uniformly dispersed intertwined hydrogen bonding. This effectively improved its strengthened microstructure. Curdlan found be compatible BSP. The B3Cd3 (containing 1.5% w/v) identified as optimal formulation based on higher water adsorption, retention, thermal stability interconnected microstructure, thus selected for further research. In vitro experiments revealed highest cell viability L929 extracts compared those single-component (Cd). vivo, animal studies indicated accelerated control group improving re-epithelialization blood vessel regeneration. On Days 3 11, therapeutic benefits exceeded Cd group, no significant differences were observed rates B groups from Day 7. study proves enhances properties, well proliferation, B3Cd3, exceptional holds potential future application material non-infected

Three-dimensional polymeric networks called hydrogels have drawn a lot of interest in variety biomedical applications because their distinctive qualities, like high water content and biocompatibility. Hydrogels can be strengthened mechanically become more stable via cross-linking. In this study, we described the synthesis characterization cross-linked hydrogel made polyethylene glycol (PEG) capable absorbing drug. The was created by using polymerization procedure to cross-link PEG chains. order allay worry, added particular functional groups matrix that had strong affinity for glutaraldehyde. These it easier excess glutaraldehyde absorbed sequestered inside hydrogel, lowering its cytotoxic potential. After incubation with residual concentration solution measured assess absorption
