The resource utilization of biomass materials has ignited increasing interest owing to their renewability, biodegradability, and abundance. However, the most representative materials, such as cellulose chitin, are faced with challenges in terms difficulty thermal processing inability scalable production due strong hydrogen bonding between molecular chains. This work provides a facile efficient strategy for high-value which traditional approaches encounter on large scale.
