Objetivo: O objetivo deste estudo é analisar a influência da sazonalidade na quantidade e composição do óleo essencial extraído das folhas de pitangueira ( Eugenia uniflora L. ). Teórico Referencial: Neste tópico, são apresentados os principais conceitos teorias que fundamentam pesquisa. Destacam-se essencial, pitangueira, , fornece uma base sólida para compreensão contexto investigação. Método: As coletas ocorreram em árvores nativas adultas localizadas cidade Santa Cruz Sul, Rio Grande Brasil, durante as quatro estações ano. This study investigates the use of chitosan, extracted from pink shrimp shells, as a stabilizer for argan oil nanoemulsions. Chitosan was obtained through demineralization, deproteination, bleaching, deacetylation, and purification, then characterized potentiometric titration, viscometry, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), purity assessments. The resulting chitosan used to stabilize nanoemulsions formulated with extra-virgin nonionic surfactant using phase inversion composition (PIC) method. stability nanoemulsion assessed light scattering, zeta potential, viscosity, pH measurements. exhibited high purity, deacetylation degree 88.34%, molecular weight 408.809 kDa, crystalline index 66.36%. significantly improved stability, maintaining droplet integrity over six months at 40 °C. Higher concentrations increased size, indicating strong polymer adsorption. These findings demonstrate potential waste-derived sustainable nanoemulsions, promoting effective bioactive compound delivery environmental sustainability.
