Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have revolutionized cancer treatment and significantly improved outcomes for patients with certain malignancies. Polysaccharides from sea cucumber (Stichopus japonicus) (SCP) shown modulate exhibit beneficial health functions, but whether SCP could synergize anti-PD1 remains unexplored.
