Abstract Rising infrastructure density and transportation networks along the riverbank landslide alter critical stress horizontal displacement in soils, contributing to erosion. Early warning systems can detect structural changes soil help mitigate damage. However, there is still a lack of studies evaluating pressure masses under influence load causing erosion or externally induced stress. This study presents monitoring system based on wireless transmission technology combined with sensors embedded track mass riverbank. The uses tilt, moisture, earth collect real-time data mechanical properties soil. Experimental results show that 17.5 kPa destabilize slope, tilt angles increasing significantly as shifts toward canal. maximum recorded 2.77 kPa. analysis reveals significant discrepancies between analytical methods finite element method (FEM) predicting behavior loads, highlighting superior accuracy FEM, especially at higher loads. research contributes developing reliable information for managing risks well stress, protecting people infrastructure.
