Online food delivery service (OFDS) has been widely utilized during the new normal of COVID-19 pandemic, especially in a developing country such as Indonesia. The purpose this study was to determine factors influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty OFDS pandemic Indonesia by utilizing extended theory planned behavior (TPB) approach. A total 253 respondents voluntarily participated answered 65 questions. Structural equation modeling (SEM) indicated that hedonic motivation (HM) found have highest effect on satisfaction, followed price (P), information quality (IQ), promotion (PRO). Interestingly, out usability factors, navigational design (ND) perceived ease use (PEOU) were not significant COVID-19. This can be theoretical foundation could very beneficial for investors, IT engineers, even academicians. Finally, applied other countries.
