This study employs a mixed-methods research design to explore the architectural and service factors influencing consumer choices in three-star hotels Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. Initial data were gathered through in-depth interviews with 60 architects, designers, marketing experts identify key factors. These then used conduct 70 Thai consumers tourists. The qualitative from both groups analyzed using thematic content analysis significant themes, while quantitative assessed chi-square goodness of fit tests evaluate significance identified Findings indicate that aesthetic appeal, physical comfort, emotional security sensibility are critical hotel choice. results provide valuable insights for owners, marketers, emphasizing importance aligning offerings preferences. will help create positive impressions, enhance satisfaction, influence consumers’ decisions choose utilize services.

Sustainable travel has been redefined by the pandemic, as tourism destinations continue their struggle to stay resilient and vibrant. The COVID-19 crisis fueled a lackluster performance declined growth worldwide while imposing serious threats employees’ resilience across globe. However, little is known about interaction between global in toxic leadership environments. To augment existing understanding of way employee unfolds respond under leadership, we draw on predictive research involving UAE industry. UAE’s economy was forced shrink largely due its long-lasting dependency inbound tourism. Hence, study data were collected from 412 employees working hospitality industry UAE. Structural equation modeling (SEM) used test impact communication results showed that both are negatively influenced Furthermore, positively influences resilience, significantly mediates relationship with leadership. Interestingly, findings suggest work culture constantly blurs lines communication, and, ultimately, contagious behavior leaders overwhelms they crisis. theoretical practical implications this not confined leadership; however, strategies nurture for sustainable presented an evolutionary perspective based conservation resources theory.
