This
study

Sustainable
travel
has
been
redefined
by
the
pandemic,
as
tourism
destinations
continue
their
struggle
to
stay
resilient
and
vibrant.
The
COVID-19
crisis
fueled
a
lackluster
performance
declined
growth
worldwide
while
imposing
serious
threats
employees’
resilience
across
globe.
However,
little
is
known
about
interaction
between
global
in
toxic
leadership
environments.
To
augment
existing
understanding
of
way
employee
unfolds
respond
under
leadership,
we
draw
on
predictive
research
involving
UAE
industry.
UAE’s
economy
was
forced
shrink
largely
due
its
long-lasting
dependency
inbound
tourism.
Hence,
study
data
were
collected
from
412
employees
working
hospitality
industry
UAE.
Structural
equation
modeling
(SEM)
used
test
impact
communication
results
showed
that
both
are
negatively
influenced
