Digital transformation has profoundly impacted social and economic life by enhancing workforce competences, fostering innovation, creating competitive advantages. Given that the driving force of digital is technology, this study aimed to determine whether education competences are perceived as essential factors in narrative across diverse fields socioeconomic development at both macro micro levels. To achieve this, 528 abstracts from various scientific focused on were analyzed using manifest latent content analyses, latter ensuring a more objective interpretation outcomes derived analysis. Frequency, word linkage, concordance analyses key concepts used. Purpose Digital well-being (DWB) has become a preoccupation of society, businesses and consumers because the proliferation technology pandemic. This study aims to understand four main problems DWB in hospitality (DWBH): epistemology, scope, aggregation specification by adopting integrative literature review. Design/methodology/approach The systematic analysis process develops dynamic DWBH framework, which connects individuals based on doughnut model. A critical method is used conceptualize digital behavior change interventions (DBCIs) combining psychology sociology. Findings provides definition DWBH. It identifies three antecedents (digital design, awareness utilization advancement), decision factors (individual psychology, category differences external environment) outcomes. model visualizes sustainability subjective well-being, master, engagement, autonomy, relationship mastery. DBCIs provide comprehensive strategy: effective design essential, personalized implementation standard, strategy structure ensure success. Research limitations/implications theoretically addresses issues scope aggregation, expanding existing knowledge base fostering theoretical integration across different disciplines. Practically, it actionable guidelines for stakeholders enhance community DWB, thereby promoting both individual societal well-being. Bu çalışmanın amacı dijital yeterlilik, psikolojik güçlendirme ve iş performansı arasındaki ilişkileri araştırmaktır. doğrultuda Kocaeli’nde çeşitli sektörlerde çalışan 254 kişiden anket yöntemi ile veri toplanmıştır. Yapılan analizler neticesinde yeterliliğin pozitif ilişkili olduğu, ancak performansıyla olmadığı bulunmuştur. Bununla birlikte arasında bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Son olarak, güçlendirmenin yeterlilik ilişkide tam ara değişken rolünün ortaya konmuştur.
