In recent years, sustainable development has become a challenge for many societies due to natural or other disruptive events, which have disrupted economic, environmental, and energy infrastructure growth. Developing hydrogen is crucial because of its numerous benefits over conventional sources. However, the complexity infrastructure, including production, utilization, storage stages, requires accounting potential vulnerabilities. Therefore, resilience needs be considered along with development. This paper proposes decision-making framework evaluate by integrating indicators sustainability contributing factors. A holistic taxonomy performance first developed, followed qualitative assessment using novel Intuitionistic fuzzy Weighted Influence Nonlinear Gauge System (IFWINGS). The results highlighted that Regulation legislation, Government preparation, Crisis response budget are most critical in understudy infrastructure. comparative case study demonstrates practicality, capability, effectiveness proposed approach. suggest model can used areas.

Hydrogen vehicles, encompassing fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs), are pivotal within the UK’s energy landscape as it pursues goal of net-zero emissions by 2050. By markedly diminishing dependence on fossil fuels, FCEVs, including hydrogen wield substantial influence in shaping circular economy (CE). Their impact extends to optimizing resource utilization, enabling zero-emission mobility, facilitating integration renewable sources, supplying adaptable storage solutions, and interconnecting diverse sectors. The widespread adoption accelerates transformative journey towards a sustainable CE. However, fully harness benefits this transition, robust investigation implementation safety measures concerning vehicle (HV) use indispensable. Therefore, study takes holistic approach, integrating quantitative risk assessment (QRA) an adaptive decision-making trial evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) framework pragmatic instruments. These methodologies ensure both secure deployment operational excellence HVs. findings underscore that root causes HV failures encompass extreme environments, material defects, damage, delivery system impairment, deterioration. Furthermore, critical driving factors for effective intervention revolve around cultivating culture, education/training, sound maintenance scheduling. Addressing these is creating environment conducive mitigating concerns. Given intricacies conducting comprehensive QRAs due absence specific reliability data, dedicates attention rectifying gap. A sensitivity analysis range values meticulously conducted affirm strength our approach. This yields precise, dependable outcomes. Consequently, decision-makers equipped discern underlying precipitating potential failures. With discernment, they can tailor interventions lay groundwork sustainable, resilient, operations. Our navigates intersection HVs, safety, sustainability, amplifying their importance CE paradigm. Using careful amalgamation QRA DEMATEL methodologies, we chart course empowering with insights steer domain safer horizons while ushering era transformative, eco-conscious mobility.

<p>Cloud storage is crucial in today's digital era due to its accessibility, scalability, cost savings, collaboration and enhanced security features. The selection of a reliable cloud provider significant multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problem that involves intrinsic relationships among the various alternatives, attributes decision DMs. Due uncertain incomplete nature evaluation data for providers, i.e., quality service user feedback, identification appropriate providers with accurate ranking remains an open research challenge. To address above-mentioned challenge, this work proposes concept interval-valued probabilistic linguistic T-spherical fuzzy set (IVPLt-SFS). Then, some basic operations score function are defined compare two or more IVPLt-SF numbers (IVPLt-SFNs). For information fusion, aggregation operators IVPLt-SFN also developed.
