Flexible pavement is the most commonly found type of road in Indonesia. One asphalt mixture used construction Lataston Hot Rolled Sheet. The quality can be enhanced by carefully selecting materials such as asphalt, aggregate, and filler. Filler plays a crucial role mixtures, fly ash, containing pozzolanic elements, it fills voids binds effectively. This research investigates use ash filler HRS-WC mixture, aiming to determine optimum content, best impact on performance Sheet (HRS-WC). study employs Marshall testing method accordance with 2018 General Bina Marga Specifications (Revision 2) results characteristics, obtained an content value 7.5% 1.35%. addition increases stability, durability stiffness filling empty spaces, increasing density, reducing air binding mixture. However, excessive make too stiff reduce flexibility pavement.
