This review discusses the history, fundamentals, and applications of different fuel cell technologies, including proton exchange membrane cells (PEMFCs), direct methanol cells, solid oxide (SOFCs), phosphoric acid (PAFCs), alkaline (AFCs), molten carbonate (MCFCs). Recent advances in technologies have led to potential aerospace, transportation, portable stationary power generation due high efficiency low emissions. Fuel types are also compared based on efficiency, operating temperature, lifetime, energy/power density, cost. It was noticed that PEMFCs highest mass reaching 1,000 W/kg less than 100 for SOFCs, which makes them suitable such as aircraft. AFCs low‐temperature highly efficient. SOFCs MCFCs better high‐temperature operations. robust high‐power demands, while advantageous output. Hydrogen promise decarbonize transportation aviation sectors with advantages lower weight, compactness, quick startup times. However, challenges remain around renewable hydrogen production/infrastructure aircraft integration, besides storage, water management inside operational robustness under varying pressures. Generally, all types, more focus should be given enhancing stability materials reducing their

Abstract At present, conventional energy production is absent because of the more hazardous gases released into environment, high effect on human health, cost required for maintenance, plus less usefulness highly populated areas. So, Renewable Energy Sources are focused present automotive industry application. In this work, Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Stack considered analyzing proposed DC–DC converter circuit. The advantages fuel stack density, fast functioning nature, robustness, and various water membrane conditions stack. However, disadvantages excessive current generation, conduction losses. wide voltage supply single switch power introduced in work optimizing network. merits circuit stability, good reliability, low appearing across switches, a uniform supply. Here, switching pulses obtained by proposing Modified Continuous Step Change Adaptive Fuzzy Logic with Grey Wolf Optimization hybrid controller. This controller provides maximum extraction efficiency from which equal to 99.421%. Also, controller's Maximum Power Point Tracking time 0.0285 s.
