AI has received increased attention from the information systems (IS) research community in recent years. There is, however, a growing concern that on could experience lack of cumulative building knowledge, which overshadowed IS previously. This study addresses this concern, by conducting systematic literature review between 2005 and 2020. Purpose Much of recent academic and professional interest in exploring digital transformation enterprise systems has focused on the technology or organizations' external forces, leaving internal factors, particular employees, overlooked. The purpose this paper is to explore literacy employees as an organizational affordance capture contextual factors within which technologies are situated used.
