Environmental pollution can be caused by the improper disposal of agricultural waste and use fluorinated chemicals. Icing is a natural phenomenon, but accumulation ice on surface electrical equipment damage reduce power generation efficiency. Preparation biochar anti-icing coatings with fluorine-free process promotes resource utilization environmental protection. In this study, superhydrophobic photothermal effect prepared based as filler, which was blended multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) polyurea adhesive. The coating exhibits remarkable durability, well anti-icing, antifrosting, self-cleaning characteristics. Utilizing chemicals enhances environmentally friendly nature coating. contact angle 155°, temperature increase to 47.6 °C within duration 10 min. It complete detachment in 128 s defrosting 210 s. demonstrated exceptional durability when exposed mechanical abrasion using sandpaper steel brushes, water jet impact, acid alkali corrosion, tape-peeling tests. This study streamlines procedure for creating coatings, contributes conservation sustainable development. Additionally, it broadens possibilities recycling reusing rejected crops.
