ABSTRACT This article conducts an in‐depth review of the existing literature on network evolution, with emphasis understanding how supply chain networks change and evolve. has identified a total 1148 articles in area comprising 120 from business 1028 non‐business literature. Adopting structured approach, we provide roadmap for evolution (SCNE) to systematically build multidimensional SCNE bridge gap between theoretical underpinnings research methods useful investigate SCNE. We first broaden scope identify insights dynamic wider array disciplines. Next, categorize drivers within into exogenous endogenous factors. then synthesize frameworks that lay groundwork future directions proposed context these frameworks. Finally, outline contemporary methodologies studying evaluate their relevance application management (SCM) field. Collectively, this paves way deeper, interdisciplinary outlines agenda, providing forward‐looking path researchers explore

Published: March 20, 2025

ABSTRACT This article examines the significance of reducing carbon emissions in a sustainable supply chain (SSC) through trading price. It delves into how contracts coordinate chains amid market demand uncertainty by focusing on model which fluctuates based pricing and sustainability factors. The study highlights conflicts arising from different profit motives within suggests using synchronization mechanisms contracts. Three types contracts—two‐part tariff, revenue sharing, quantity flexibility—are analyzed for their impact coordination profitability. concludes that two‐part tariff contract can enhance distribution chain, while sharing may benefit producers more but reduce retailer Moreover, flexibility be less effective synchronizing it still boost

This study investigates digital transformation and the usability of emerging technologies in policymaking. Prior studies categorised into three distinct phases digitisation, digitalisation, transformation. They mainly focus on operational or functional levels, however, this considers at strategic level. Previous confirmed that using new AI-based will enable organisations to use achieve higher efficiency. A novel methodological approach for policymaking was constructed through lens organisational learning theory. The proposed framework validated a case transportation industry small municipality. In selected study, confirmatory model developed tested utilising Structural Equation Modelling with data collected from survey 494 local stakeholders. Artificial Neural Network utilised predict then identify most appropriate policy according cost, feasibility, impact criteria amongst six policies extracted literature. results research confirm utilisation decision-making generative AI platform level outperforms human terms applicability, efficiency, accuracy.

Design/methodology/approach Leveraging panel data from Chinese A-share listed companies 2015 2022, employs multiple regression analysis empirically relationship between SCD and DT. Findings The results indicate that: (1) positively influences DT, a that persists even after rigorous endogenous serial robustness testing. (2) fosters DT by bolstering its absorption, innovation, adaptive capabilities. (3) Executive risk preferences Pilot Policies mediate Originality/value This provides novel empirical insights into underlying mechanism linking findings offer valuable guidance for enterprises seeking optimize management embrace while also informing policymakers strategies facilitate enhancement among enterprises.
