Diastasis rectus abdominis is a condition in which the muscles separate and move laterally, causing stretching of linea alba tissue with weakness abdominal wall. Although it can lead to hernia viscera, diastasis not itself. This common among women during pregnancy postpartum period significantly affect their quality life return sports activity. Unfortunately, information on incidence, risk factors, prevention, treatment are limited. We conducted pilot prospective observational study 37 patients who practiced at high levels (at least 3 times week amateur/competitive competitions) underwent ultrasound measurements distance between level xiphoid process, supraumbilical, umbilical, subumbilical time (T0), after 2 months from rehabilitation protocol (T1), then 4 (T2) approximately giving birth, we saw an early sport. Our data analysis reveals that there initial decrease first weekly physiotherapy activity sessions all measurements. One session takes place site physiotherapists, while other carried out home using provided by medical staff. At 4-month follow-up, improvement was similar previous follow-up.
