основі
отриманих
ДНК-профілів
досліджених
зразків
встановлено
міжгенотипові
генетичні
відмінності
і
порівняно
ефективність
застосованих
методів.

висновок
про
вищу
TBP-методу
для
гербарних

разі
лімітованості
рослинного
матеріалу
високого
ступеня
пошкодженості
ДНК

тривале

Abstract
Background
Tubulins
play
crucial
roles
in
numerous
fundamental
processes
of
plant
development.
In
flowering
plants,
tubulins
are
grouped
into
α-,
β-
and
γ-subfamilies,
while
α-
β-tubulins
possess
a
large
isotype
diversity
gene
number
variations
among
different
species.
This
circumstance
leads
to
insufficient
recognition
orthologous
isotypes
significantly
complicates
extrapolation
obtained
experimental
results,
brings
difficulties
for
the
identification
particular
tubulin
function.

properties

extracted

camelina
seed
genotypes

Soxhlet
extraction

n-hexane
cold-pressing
technique.
Extraction

an
effect
on

Camelina
oils
exhibited
satisfactory
characteristics,

were
influenced
by

rich
polyunsaturated
fatty
acids,
α-linolenic
acid

most
abundant.

balanced
ω-6
ω-3

(0.5),
low
atherogenicity
index
thrombogenicity

very
limited
genetic
diversity,
which
conditioned
the
high
scientific
interest
to
its
closest
wild
relative,

suitable
for
interspecific
hybridization
with

microcarpa
(as
currently

morphologically
variable
species
