The deterioration of mild steel in an acidic environment poses a significant challenge various industries. emergence effective corrosion inhibitors has drawn attention to studies aimed at reducing the harmful consequences corrosion. In this study, inhibition efficiency Prinivil 1M HCl solution through electrochemical and gravimetric techniques been investigated for first time. results demonstrated that expanded from 61.37% 50 ppm 97.35% 500 concentration 298 K. With regression coefficient ( R 2 ) 0.987, K ads value 0.935 E 43.024 kJ/mol inhibitor, strong affinity adsorption onto metal surface significantly found. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) contact angle measurement analyses further support inhibitory behavior Prinivil, demonstrating production defensive layer on steel. Additionally, molecular dynamics (MD) Monte Carlo simulations were employed investigate stability interactions between metallic (Fe (1 1 0)) atomic level. computed reveal upon surface, confirming its viability as inhibitor.
