ABSTRACT Osteoporosis (OP) is a globally prevalent bone disease characterized by reduced mass and heightened fracture risk, posing significant health economic challenge to aging societies worldwide. Osteoimmunology—an emerging field of study—investigates the intricate relationship between skeletal immune systems, providing insights into system's impact on progression. Recent research has demonstrated essential roles played various cells (T cells, B macrophages, dendritic mast granulocytes, innate lymphoid cells) in regulating metabolism, homeostasis, formation, remodeling through interactions with osteoclasts (OC) osteoblasts (OB). These findings underscore that osteoimmunology provides an theoretical framework for understanding pathogenesis disorders, including OP. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) its active ingredients have clinical value OP treatment. Unfortunately, despite their striking multieffect pathways pharmacological field, current not yet summarized them comprehensive detailed manner respect interventional diseases, especially Consequently, this review addresses recent studies mechanisms which communication molecules contribute development. Additionally, it explores potential therapeutic benefits TCM components treating from perspective osteoimmunology. The objective provide enhances immune‐related diseases facilitate development novel strategies.

Ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury, resulting from blood flow interruption and its subsequent restoration, is a prevalent complication in liver surgery. The liver, as crucial organ for carbohydrate lipid metabolism, exhibits decreased tolerance to hepatic I/R patients with diabetes mellitus (DM), significant increase dysfunction following This may be attributed elevated oxidative stress inflammation. Our prior research established sinomenine's (SIN) protective role against injury. Nevertheless, the impact of SIN on injury DM rats remains unexplored.

Abstract Sinoacutine synthetase (SinSyn) is one of the key enzymes in biosynthesis pathway sinomenine (SIN), an effective pharmacological component Sinomenium acutum. However, transcriptional regulation mechanism this gene SIN synthesis has not been studied. In study, a 1520 bp upstream promoter sequence and three 5' terminal truncations were used to drive GUS reporter test their activities transiently expressed tobacco stable transgenic Arabidopsis. Both full-length truncated promoters can initiate GUS expression. As end removed, activity different. The results histochemical staining showed that − 956 ~ -622 was important position SinSyn promoter. addition, bioinformatics analysis revealed various regions distributed with some abiotic stress plant hormone activation. Through Arabidopsis thaliana verification, it confirmed could respond methyl jasmonate (MeJA), auxin (NAA, IBA), drought, NaCl. MeJA response elements located at -1520 -956 bp, -395 drought -1 NaCl bp. general, our study provides theoretical reference for application pSinSyn biological resistance, functional verification gene,
