Land surface temperature (LST) is subject to location and environmental influences, which makes quantification difficult in terms of timeliness. Based on 10-d geostationary satellite LST TCI products, we quantitatively evaluated the thermal environment differentiation various ground objects North, South, Northwest China from 2017 2021. We found that condition index (TCI) decreased, whereas it increased North South China. In contrast, Moran's

China is currently facing the significant task of effectively managing its water resources to satisfy rising needs while grappling with growing worries shortage. In this context, it becomes crucial comprehend importance resource agglomeration and technological adoption. Thus, research examines relationship between adoption innovative conservation technologies in enhancing usage efficiency at provincial regional levels (2006–2020). first stage, study utilizes a super SBM-Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methodology evaluate China’s provinces regions. second we find dynamic nexuses resources, (recycling, sprinkler irrigation) by applying systematic econometric approach. SBM-DEA analysis revealed that Beijing (1.08), Shaanxi (1.01), Shanghai (1.23) Tianjin (1.01) remained higher efficient over years. Six (Guangdong, Shandong, Jiangsu, Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Zhejiang) are middle ranges (0.55–0.83). contrast, nineteen have lowest (0.21–049). Qinghai Ningxia on rank (0.21) (0.22), respectively. The findings recommended impact negative. comparison, water-saving mechanisms seems be positive, as recycling technology significantly enhances province. found GDP growth has negative early stages economic development. Still, economies mature, diminishes, indicating tendency allocate more efficiency. Water technology, modernization irrigation methods, management can enhance

Food security, a crucial issue for the development of humankind, is often severely constrained by water scarcity. As globally recognized most advanced agricultural water-saving technology, drip irrigation under plastic mulch (DIPM) has played significant role in grain production. However, comprehensive review dual impacts this practice farmland remains lacking. This study conducted an exhaustive DIPM research from 1999 to 2023 and employed CiteSpace software perform co-occurrence clustering analysis keywords order reveal hotspots trends. The results show that attention technology increased annually reached peak 2022. China leads number publications field, reflecting its emphasis on technologies. critically discusses farmland. On positive side, can improve soil temperature moisture, enhance nutrient availability, promote absorption roots, increase crop growth rate yield while reducing evaporation nitrogen loss, suppressing weed growth, decreasing herbicide usage, lowering total greenhouse gas emissions. negative it will cause pollution residues, damage structure, have lead clogging systems, which costs energy consumption, hinder hamper salinization management, further reduce groundwater level. future requires optimization advancement. Such strategies as mechanized residual-mulch recovery, biodegradable substitution, aerated alternate are proposed address existing issues triggered DIPM. advocates active exploration farming management practices superior development. ABSTRACT Promoting the coordinated symbiosis of green water-use efficiency (GWUE) and new urbanization (NU) performs a vital function in facilitating high-quality development China. Based on panel data 28 cities Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt (HREEB) from 2011 to 2020, this study first evaluates GWUE NU, then uncovers their spatio-temporal evolutionary characteristics. On basis, coupling coordination degree (CCD) model, ordinary spatial econometric model are used analyze evolution pattern driving factors CCD between NU. The results show that: (1) exhibits modest downward trend, with lower reaches being much higher than middle upper reaches. (2) NU has increased overall by 43.65%, showing northeastern high southwesterly low distribution. (3) is rising, high-value areas mainly distribute Yangzhou–Taizhou region Southern Shandong region, while low-value concentrate (4) analysis shows that industrial structure, technological level, water resource management contribute significantly directly CCD, but spillover effects markedly different.

However, driving factors EPLCs remain ambiguous. Herein, comprehensive research framework is established by using logarithmic mean divisia index (LMDI) method for investigating China’s EPLCs. The provinces Henan, Jilin, Shandong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Guangdong stand out as regions with highest number GDP per capita incidence rate promote EPLCs, while emission intensity unit area inhibit occurrence Population population density have less impact on These findings should serve references controlling different
