Background As the COVID-19 epidemic was gradually brought under control, a new autumn semester began in 2020. How mental health of postgraduates as they experienced quarantine at home, only commuting between school and hospital? Methods The research conducted cross-sectional online survey October data were collected from 1,645 medical (master’s doctoral students) by using demographic information questionnaire, Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Anxiety (SAS), Questionnaire on Psychological Stressors Postgraduates (QPSP), Simplified Coping Style (SCSQ) Social Support Rate (SSRS). One-way ANOVA Pearson correlation used to explore relationships among anxiety, depression, psychological stressors, social support coping style. Structural equation modeling (SEM) assess mediation model.
