This study aimed to investigate the effect of two extracts: aqueous extract (AE) and ethanolic (EE) leaves planted at regions (Mssisi Lamta) in Morocco their anti-inflammatory healing properties, which mice were used as a biological model. Inflammation was monitored by assessing forepaw volume mice, measured 0 min, 1 h, 3 5 after its induction carrageenan. Hind paw treated with extracts M. oleifera, dose 50 mg/kg, obtained from Mssisi region. resulted reduction edema 99.2% EE 91.8% AE, compared controls phenolic Lamta Regarding burns induced on rat’s dorsal region; results showed that application Moringa-based ointment 14 days, mg/kg wounds, total healing, (negative control: more than 22 positive days). nearly complete tissue repair 98.26% 95.34% respectively.
